We are on campus with stock at every Used Clothing Sale (our merch is new though) - another way to touch, feel, try on clothing.
Please remember that every order is custom made and takes approximately 15 business days to complete. Partial proceeds go back to Dawson. All sales are FINAL.

How do I get my order?

Once your order is ready, we will notify you either via email or call, sometimes both.

To get your order, there are three (3) options:

Pick up your order through Dawson's main administration desk. You will be notified when your order is there. Drop-offs will occur once a month. No charge.
Pick up your order at our shop: Gear Up By Design, 7565 Norman Rockwell Ln, #130, 89143 (Centennial Hills) (Please call ahead).
Have your order shipped to your home for a fee via Priority Mail

What are your hours?

We are open Monday - Friday, 9AM - 5PM and by appointment on weekends. We are closed on major holidays to be with our families.

What is your exchange policy?

Please know we have to abide by the following exchange policies, no exceptions. We thank you for helping us with this:

Customers will have seven (7) days from delivery date to request any necessary sizing exchanges. No exceptions.
1x, like-for-like exchanges only. Items must NOT have been worn or washed and should still have tags.
Anything with a child's name can not be exchanged.
All items are special ordered so please choose carefully.

How do I do an exchange?

ALL EXCHANGES will have a 30% restock fee + associated sales tax + credit card fee - please order carefully and leverage the sizing charts so you can avoid these fees and get your complete order faster. Once the restock fee is paid and we have your original items, we will begin the exchange process. Only one (1) exchange process is allowed per order.
Leave the original apparel item(s) in a bag with the main desk receptionist, marked with 3 things:

1 - Last Name

2 - Order number or receipt

3 - The word "EXCHANGE"

We will pick up the original item(s) from the front desk the next time we come by.
We will let you know as soon as your exchange is ready. Remember that exchanges start the process all over again, meaning apparel is ordered, then decorated once it arrives, then packaged up for you. So exchanges can mean another 12 - 15 business day wait, longer if you want it delivered to school.
