WELCOME to the Alexander Dawson "Bear Wear" Spirit Store!

We are happy to announce Dawson logo designs which may be placed on almost any item you select.

Every Friday, you can wear anything that you order on this store and show off you Dawson Bear pride!

PLEASE leverage the sizing charts affiliated with each product when placing your order. If there is not a chart, please call us!

You are welcome to come by our shop to check out what is inventory. Call and make an appointment! 702.857.7818

We are on campus with stock at every Used Clothing Sale (our merch is new though) - another way to touch, feel, try on clothing.

Once your order is ready, we will notify you either via email or call, sometimes both!

To get your order, you have three (3) options:

1 - Pick up your order through Dawson's main administration desk. You will be notified when your order is there. Drop-offs will occur once a month.

2 - Pick up your order at our shop: Gear Up By Design, 7565 Norman Rockwell Lane, Suite 130, 89143 (Centennial Hills) (Please call ahead).

3 - Have your order shipped to your home for a fee.

Please remember that every order is custom made and take approximately 15 business days to complete. Partial proceeds go back to Dawson. All sales are FINAL.

EXCHANGE POLICY

Please know we have to stick with the following exchange policies, so there are no exceptions. We thank you for helping us with this:

Customers will have seven (7) days from delivery date to request any necessary sizing exchanges.
Items must NOT have been worn or washed and should still have tags.
Anything with a child's name can not be exchanged.
All items are special ordered so please choose carefully. We understand that a fit can be hard without actually trying on, so exchanges are needed sometimes, but they cost money at every apparel replacement so we kindly ask to choose carefully. Also, it elongates your wait time to get your final product! Thank you for understanding. =)
THERE WILL BE A 20% RESTOCKING FEE FOR EVERY EXCHANGE. We will invoice you for the fee and once paid, we will deliver your replacement(s).

Steps for exchanges:

Call or email us to let us know and so we can start your replacement. info@gearupbydesign.com or 702.857.7818
Leave the original apparel item(s) in a bag with the main desk receptionist, marked with 3 things: 1 - Last Name, 2 - Order number, and 3 - the word "EXCHANGE"
We will pick up the original item(s) from the front desk the next time we come by.
An invoice for the restocking fee will be generated and sent to you.
We will let you know as soon as your exchange is ready. Remember that most exchanges start the process all over again, meaning apparel is ordered, then decorated once it arrives, then packaged up for you.
Once the restocking fee is paid, we will deliver your replacement(s).
